You may cancel any order within 12 hours after the order was placed at
no charge to you.
Any cancellation after 24 hours will have a 10% processing and a 15%
packing fee deducted from your refund.
Any cancellation after 48 hours will have a 20% restock fee and the
actual (not free, even if the item is advertised with free or base shipping)
freight cost deducted from your refund.
Items may take a longer than usual shipping time due to the freight
companies' schedule. It can vary from 10 days up to 20 days, depending on
your location and your response time for their request to schedule a
delivery time with you.
Any order that has been shipped and refused/returned by consignee will
have the 20% restock fee and the actual UPS (or other shipping co.)
published two-way shipping charges with the max. of 30% discount – even if
the item was offered with the free promotional shipping. We do not guarantee
on what day your item will arrive since it will go through many parties
until it reaches you. However, we can email your tracking number so you can
calculate the date of arrival. Customer automatically agrees to have his/her
account debited for any cancellations/returns/refused fees.
Company reserves the right to modify products without prior
notification to purchaser, and ship such items with no addition costs.
There is a seven days return policy for any reasons. NO QUESTIONS

Product must be packed with its original packaging materials, if it's
over 100 lbs than it must be palatalized, shipped back by a shipping
company, freight prepaid within seven days of its delivery date.
If the item received is damaged: must notify us within 24 hours via
email to (Dealers@etrikers.com) and the shipping company either by
telephone or via email. The damage MUST BE noted on the delivery paper,
otherwise the damage claim will be void.
If the item received is not as described: must notify us within 24
hours via email to (Dealers@etrikers.com). The mark of "Not s Described"
MUST BE noted on the delivery paper, otherwise this claim will be
Three Year Limited Warranty
Three (3) years from the date of purchase on all structural frame
components; Seat post and frame.
One Year Limited Warranty
One (1) Year from the date of purchase, if any part or electronic component
of the scooter is found upon examination to be defective in material and/or
workmanship, it will be replaced at ETrikers’ discretion.
The batteries are warranted by ETrikers for 30 days after the purchase of
the Unit. If the battery is damaged by under or overcharging, the warranty
Labor and service calls are NOT included: The purchaser is responsible for
the delivery to the authorized repair facility. Satisfactory proof of
purchase is always required for warranty service. Please contact
the dealer/company from whom you purchased your
SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Parts will be provided under warranty at
no charge. All warranty items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping fees
will be at the expense of the purchaser.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL: Parts
will be provided under warranty at no charge, but shipping to any offshore
and/or international location will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
International and offshore end-users must contact
ETrikers directly to initiate the warranty process.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS
MOTOR: In cases where there is an increase in the operational
noise level, the warranty does not apply.
(An increase in operational noise level usually occurs due to excessive
strain on the scooter).
SERVICE: Warranty service can be performed by
ETrikers or by an authorized service facility. Do not return
faulty parts to
ETrikers without prior consent. A request for a Return
Authorization is required prior to returning items. All transportation costs
and shipping damage incurred while submitting units and/or parts for repair
or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This warranty is only given to the
original purchaser of the Scooter.
This Warranty excludes:
Battery Charger: The charger carries a 30 day warranty.
Consumable items which may need replacing due to normal wear and tear
(tires, tubes, belts, bulbs, upholstery and seating, throttle, brakes, motor
brushes, fuses, plastic shrouds and footrest covers)
Damaged caused by: battery fluid spillage or leakage, abuse, misuse,
accident, negligence, improper operation, excessive loading, maintenance,
storage, commercial use, or use other than normal.
Used other than for the purpose of the purchaser’s mobility.
Repairs and/or modifications made to any part of the scooter without
specific and prior consent from
Labor, service calls, shipping (including warranty claims), and other
charges incurred for repair of the product are not approved by
ETrikers unless authorized.
Batteries: Batteries carry a limited 30-day warranty which is subject to a
stringent wear and tear clause. Any battery faults due to a defect in the
original manufacture will normally become obvious within the first two
months of use. Any gradual deterioration in performance after this period
is normally associated with fair wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage
and as such is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no other
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of the
original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied
warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities
for consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded
You understand that purchasing a complex product such as an electric
trike etc.. on the Internet has its consequences. One of them is that you
are paying a lot less than if you were purchasing it at your local store,
however it also means that you need to be able to handle issues such as
finding help for assembly, adjustments, pumping air in the tire, etc…
It includes but not limited to scenarios in which you need technical help
that cannot be administered over the phone or email, or the item does not
work for some reason. In such matters you may choose on of the following
steps: 1/ check the item yourself 2/ find a nearest shop where they
service these types of items or 3/ you send it to us postage prepaid
to us for repair or replacement before a new one can be shipped out.
Occasionally, the freight go through rough handling and some screws, wire
connectors can get loose. In such a case, it is the consumer’s
responsibility to tighten those parts. If the company provides with a
replacement part, customer must install it or if it is not possible
must take the product to a local shop to do such adjustments or
are shipped 90% assembled, placed on a large wooden pallet.

Characteristics of electric powered vehicles: these scooters, bikes
and trikes are battery operated and considered “light” vehicles. The speed,
power and distance are largely dependent on many factors, such as the weight
of the rider, the terrain, the wind conditions, the tire pressure, the
charge of the battery etc…therefore such parameters are estimates only.
There are no guarantees if the product will climb that particular hill or
reaches such speed.
Customer has the consumer rights to initiate a dispute for the
purchase with his/her financial institution. If such a dispute is placed,
Customer agrees to pay the additional $500.00 arbitration fee.
